We offer fixed annual fee structures, where our clients enjoy the advantage of engaging our services on a unique, full-service, fixed annual fee basis. This fee typically covers virtually all general corporate services, the exceptions being such matters as litigation due to the difficulty of forecasting such costs over an extended period of time. Utilizing the full-service annual fee encourages frequent communication with the Firm and provides an effective method for clients to budget their legal costs for the entire year.

In addition, another option is our fixed project fee structure where we give clients a firm quote for each project or deal we are engaged on (available for real estate, finance, some litigation and other matters).

At other times, we do use the hourly fee structure where some matters may prove intractable to determine costs. However, we recognize that flexible attorney-client fee arrangements and cost control are a part of our commitment to our clients to deliver excellent client service. Therefore, we will work with you to tailor our services to meet your financial needs.
